Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 100% of the support price applies if you cancel with less than two clear business days’ notice, or if you miss or arrive late to a scheduled support.
Two clear business days’ notice means you must cancel by the same time, two business days before your support is scheduled. For example, if your support is booked for 10 am on Wednesday, you need to cancel by 10 am on the Monday before.

¹ You must cancel by the same time of day as your scheduled support. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days
