Note: For new Medicare clients to the service, a $40 deposit or full payment will be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in case of missed appointments, however may be transferrable with sufficient cancellation notice (see “Cancellations” below). While we strive to provide an accessible service, we are unable to offer bulk billing currently.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 100% of the support price applies if you cancel with less than two clear business days’ notice, or if you miss or arrive late to a scheduled support.
Two clear business days’ notice means you must cancel by the same time, two business days before your support is scheduled. For example, if your support is booked for 10 am on Wednesday, you need to cancel by 10 am on the Monday before.
