Our Super Simple Service Agreement (SSSA) is the agreement that applies when you request or receive supports from us. It applies to most people we support and is also our NDIS service agreement.

We recommend reading the announcement and the updated SSSA in full, as it explains how supports are delivered and billed, including many other important things.

One of the key updates relates to how we bill for clinically necessary preparation and follow-up time associated with appointments.
