Social Worker
Chloe is a registered Social Worker under the Australian Association of Social Workers at Alliance Clinics.
Chloe completed a Master of Social Work at Griffith University and has extensive experience across the Child Protection Continuum in Queensland.
Chloe is skilled at assessing overall family functioning, individual wellbeing, attachment issues and behavioural concerns
She adopts a ‘person in environment approach’ and ‘trauma informed perspective’ when working with children and families to understand the impacts relationships and environmental factors have on an individual’s ability to reach their full capacity and improve their quality of life.
Chloe is interested in supporting a wide range of children and adult participants with psychosocial disabilities and/or challenges.
Chloe can also provide:
- Support navigating complex systems such as NDIS, Centrelink etc.
- Counselling
- Referral support
- Psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments
- Safety planning for suicide risk or behavioural risks
- Crisis counselling and intervention
- Case management
