Emily McGrath is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and proud Mackay local who returned home after completing her Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about supporting her community to build positive, sustainable relationships with food and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

She brings experience across a variety of settings, including:

With a strong awareness of the ever-evolving food and product landscape, Emily helps clients confidently navigate their options and identify practical, convenient choices that truly work for them.
