Note: Travel – In consideration of the scheduling and logistical demands placed on our clinicians, any community visit conducted will require a minimum call-out of 2 hours. This policy is implemented to account for the significant amount of time such visits occupy within the clinician’s day, including travel and preparation, which is otherwise unrecoverable. This ensures that our team can continue to provide the highest quality of care while managing their time effectively.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 100% of the support price applies if you cancel with less than two clear business days’ notice, or if you miss or arrive late to a scheduled support.
Two clear business days’ notice means you must cancel by the same time, two business days before your support is scheduled. For example, if your support is booked for 10 am on Wednesday, you need to cancel by 10 am on the Monday before.
