Alliance Clinics provides allied health services directly to older people who manage their own care under the Support at Home Program. We work closely with individuals to deliver the therapy supports they need in a straightforward and accessible way.
If you already have a care provider, we can still assist by working alongside them under either the Support at Home Program or the Commonwealth Home Support Program. This allows services to be coordinated smoothly while ensuring you receive the right care.
To get started, please complete an online referral here. For those with a care provider, please contact your provider to let them know we are available, and they can lodge a referral on your behalf.
